Uzbekistan`s exports reached $12.6 billion in five months

According to statistics, the largest share in the structure of external suppliesoccupiedservices - $4.6 billion. Compared to the same period last year, the figure increased by 34.9%.



A significant increase was recorded in the segment of industrial goods, exports of which amounted to $1.9 billion (+18%). Supplies of finished products almost doubled to $1.1 billion.



Positive dynamics are also observed in other categories. Exports of chemical products and related products reached $1 billion, an increase of 37.6%. Supplies of food products and live animals also amounted to $1 billion (+9.1%).



During the reporting period, export volumes of mineral fuels and lubricants increased to $660.7 million (+10.1%), as well as machinery and transport equipment — to $536 million (+38.2%).



In addition, exports of non-food raw materials (excluding fuel) amounted to $131.4 million (+17.1%), beverages and tobacco products - $106.9 million (+41.3%), animal and vegetable oils, fats and waxes - $50.9 million (+90.1%).



At the same time, the volume of exports in the “other goods” category decreased by 76.4% and amounted to $1.5 billion.
