NewBio, a high-tech production complex for deep processing of corn grain, will present a wide range of products at UzFood 2026, including starch, maltodextrins, and dried glucose syrup, as well as its latest innovations – INTENSFLOR soluble corn prebiotic fibre, isomaltooligosaccharide, and a plant-based powdered cream substitute.
The company is the first and only producer in Russia and the CIS to master the production of INTENSFLOR soluble corn fibre and isomaltooligosaccharide. These products are free from E-numbers and GMOs and have a wide range of applications, including use as food additives and ingredients for functional and specialised nutrition. They are востребованы in the confectionery and dairy industries, sports nutrition, ice cream production and beverage manufacturing. The ingredients perform the functions of bulk sweeteners, fillers, structure-forming agents, thickeners, anti-crystallisation agents and moisture retainers.
In addition, clinical studies conducted by the Federal Research Centre for Nutrition and Biotechnology confirmed the beneficial effects of INTENSFLOR soluble corn fibre on the human body:
• reduction of glucose and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels;
• body weight reduction;
• increase in the number of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli;
• reduction of opportunistic microbiota.
Another innovation from the company is a plant-based powdered cream substitute. This lactose-free ingredient is suitable for preparing coffee and cocoa beverages, confectionery products (chocolate bars and coatings, praline and whipped candies, caramel fillings, sweet biscuits, crackers, wafer fillings, gingerbread) and bakery products (loaves, puff pastries). It can also be used in meat and dairy products, ice cream and instant foods (porridge, soups, mashed products).
