UzFood 2026 Celebrates Its 25th Anniversary
The 25th Anniversary International Exhibition of Food Products, Ingredients and Production Technologies – UzFood 2026 will take place from 1-3 April 2026, in all pavilions of the Uzexpocentre NEC.The exhibition is organised by Iteca Exhibitions International Exhibition Company, in partnership with ICA Eurasia Group.
Over the past quarter of a century, UzFood has evolved into one of the most influential industry platforms in Uzbekistan, a place where new products and technologies are unveiled, professional dialogue is encouraged, and meaningful business networks are forged across the food sector. Today, it stands as the country’s leading exhibition dedicated to the food industry.
The event offers a comprehensive showcase for industry professionals, spanning the entire value chain from ingredients and processing technologies to equipment and finished products.
This anniversary edition promises to be the largest in the exhibition’s history, both in scale and international representation. More than 500 companies from 30 countries are expected to arrive. Prominent National and Collective Stands will feature participants from Germany, Belarus, Russia, South Korea and Poland, alongside strong representation from China, India, Türkiye, Italy and Malaysia.
The exhibition will present a comprehensive range of industry sectors, including meat and poultry, dairy products, confectionery, grocery goods, beverages, food ingredients, and food processing equipment.
The Specialised Section of Packaging, Equipment and Materials – O’ZuPACK 2026 will showcase the latest developments in packaging, filling and bottling technologies, alongside finished packaging solutions, containers, labelling and disposable tableware.
The Bakery Uzbekistan Section will offer a focused overview of the confectionery and bakery industry, covering production technologies, ingredients and equipment for manufacturers of baked and sweet goods.
Among the exhibition’s most popular features is the long-established Retail Centre, a distinctive platform designed to facilitate direct negotiations between food suppliers and procurement professionals. Successfully operating since 2019, it will be presented this year in an expanded format as the Retail Procurement Centre. With a wider geographic reach and twice the number of participating retailers, the new format creates enhanced opportunities for direct contracting. The debut participation of Russian retail chains further broadens prospects for international trade development and increased export–import activity.
As part of the Retail Procurement Centre programme, various B2B meetings will bring together food and beverage producers and retail chain representatives to discuss supply agreements and product placement.
