The volume of exports of canned fruits and vegetables from Uzbekistan in monetary terms amounted to $9.3 million, 24% up year-on-year. This was reported by the press service of the State Customs Committee.

8720 tons of canned agricultural products were delivered to foreign countries – 3607 tons more than in comparison with the previous year. 37% were delivered to Russia, 26.4% to Kazakhstan, and 26% to Afghanistan. At the same time, the volume of exports to Tajikistan increased by 3.8 times, to South Korea – by 3.1 times, to Ukraine – by 1.7 times, and to Kyrgyzstan and Turkmenistan – by 1.6 and 1.3 times, respectively.
