UzFood 2024 – the showcase of the food industry’s future!
The 23rd International Exhibition “Food, Ingredients, and Food Technologies — UzFood 2024” will open its exposition in pavilions No. 1, 2, 3, and 4 of the NEC “Uzexpocentre” from March 26 to 28.

The Golden Sponsors of the exhibition: Air Products, the world's leading company for the production of industrial gases in the fields of oil refining, chemical, metallurgical, electronics, manufacturing, and food industries, a debutant at the exhibition, as well as Lotte Rakhat, one of the largest manufacturers of confectionery products in Kazakhstan, whose range includes more than 400 items of various confectionery products belonging to 14 different groups. The food industry is one of the main components of the country's economy. In this area, there has recently been an increase in both domestic production, investment attraction, and export potential.
The UzFood exhibition is one of the important steps in implementing the measures taken by the Republic’s leadership to maintain the country’s food security and provide the population with food. For many years, the exhibition has been a universal business platform for industry professionals, covering the entire cycle of the food industry production chain, from field and farm to finished products, including processing, packaging, and storage.
This year, UzFood shows the best performance for the entire duration of the event - over 370 companies from 26 countries take part in the exhibition: Austria, Azerbaijan, the Republic of Belarus, Bulgaria, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Iran, Italy, Kazakhstan, Republic of Korea, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Pakistan, Russia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Turkmenistan, Turkiye, Uzbekistan, the UAE, the USA, and Vietnam.
Every year, the exhibition's exposition expands by attracting new companies. Compared to the previous year, UzFood 2024 grew by 35%. This year, the exhibition pavilions are segmented into the following sections:
Pavilion No. 1 - a wide range of food equipment: for meat processing, for the production of dairy products, fat and oil production, the confectionery industry, bakery and refrigeration, as well as vegetable and fruit processing lines.
Pavilion No. 2 - a specialised section of the exhibition “Packaging, Equipment, and Materials — O'ZuPACK," where everything necessary for the packaging industry will be presented: packaging, printing, and flexographic equipment, packaging equipment, filling and capping, lids, soft, paper, and vacuum packaging, markings, and labels.
Pavilions No. 3 and 4 - finished products, where participants will demonstrate an assortment of meat and poultry, dairy products, confectionery, groceries, drinks, food ingredients, and more.
The pride of the exhibition are its regular participants, whose products are already well known on the local market. However, every year, they introduce new products and advanced technologies. Among them are such brands as FENCO (Italy): vegetable and fruit processing lines; ONER SEPARATOR (Turkiye): equipment for milk processing, production of juices, and yoghurts; INDEX 6 (Bulgaria): bottling and packaging of food and non-food liquid products; HENAN JOYSHINE MACHINERY (China): automatic lines for French fries and potato chips, lines for sorting fruits and vegetables, and frying lines; TOKK (Russia): packaging equipment; STAR AMBALAJ (Turkiye): packaging equipment; BRESTMYASOMOLPROM CONCERN (Belarus): meat products; AROMA CLASSIC (Uzbekistan): ingredients; PERILLA FOOD (Uzbekistan): products for the confectionery industry; and ZAFARXON, the “ERMAK" brand (Uzbekistan): snacks, nuts, and seeds.
Among the debutants of the exhibition are such companies as: FAVORIT TECHNO (Kazakhstan): confectionery and baking equipment; ARHAR ENGINEERING (Uzbekistan): equipment for making ice cream; CLEXTRAL (France): drying technologies; FIN PLAST (Azerbaijan): packaging; RADEMAKER BV (Netherlands): baking equipment; TD WORLD OF ICE CREAM (Russia): ice cream; NAM VIET FOOD & BEVERAGE (Vietnam): drinks; INDIA FROZEN FOODS (India): frozen meat; SEY-NAR (Kazakhstan): grains, legumes, and oilseeds; PULAU SAMBU SINGAPORE (Singapore): products and ingredients based on coconut, and ferret; and PRIMA KUS (Kazakhstan): poultry meat and broiler chickens.
The UzFood exhibition plays an important role both for domestic producers to present their products to foreign experts and solve export problems and for foreign companies to enter the Uzbekistan market.
This year, domestic companies will present a wide range of equipment for the production of juices, beer, and wine, food and packaging equipment, products for the confectionery industry, and frozen seafood.
China (116 companies), Russia (84 companies), Turkiye (23 companies), Germany (21 companies), and Republic of Belarus (18 companies) are included in the top 5 foreign countries with the most companies participating in the exhibition.
The exhibition features the national pavilions of the Republic of Belarus and Germany, as well as the collective participation of companies from Austria, Indonesia, Pakistan, Russia, and Sri Lanka. Companies from China and Turkiye are widely participating.
Traditionally, the national stand of the Republic of Belarus will present to visitors a wide range of meat and dairy products, canned fruits, berries, and vegetables, mayonnaise, sauces, and ketchups.
Companies from the German national pavilion will bring baking, refrigeration, confectionery, packaging, and meat processing equipment under the “Made in Germany” quality mark. It will also be possible to get acquainted with X-ray food inspection technologies, heat treatment for food products, PET lines, and food products.
At the collective stands of Austria, Indonesia, and Pakistan, you can get acquainted with dairy and meat products, food flavours, ingredients, and flavouring additives, vegetables, fruits, a variety of teas, coffees, and much more.
The stands of the Russian Federation—Vladislav, Kurgan, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Omsk, Ryazan regions, Altai and Primorsky territories, as well as Moscow—are represented by collective participation. They offer a wide range of equipment (packaging, meat processing, food, retail, etc.) and finished products (sunflower oil, ice cream, canned milk, milk powder, butter, drinks, healthy food, fish and seafood, etc.).

Companies from China and Turkiye are widely represented. Their stands presented equipment for the production of waffles, cheese, and sauces; confectionery products; packaging equipment; equipment for the production of dairy products, yoghurts, and juices; baking equipment, as well as finished products.
The business area of the exhibition will be located in the Atrium 2 Hall. It’s sponsor, Air Products, will hold a topical discussion about advanced solutions in the fields of food industry and agriculture on the first day of the exhibition, March 26. The discussion will cover a range of important topics, including innovative approaches to packaging and freezing, as well as engineering solutions to improve the efficiency of production processes.
On the second day of the exhibition, March 27, from 10:30 to 15:00, in the Business Zone of the exhibition, traditionally, a specialised platform called the “Retail Centre” will be organised, where direct negotiations will take place between food suppliers and buyers. This unique platform for Uzbekistan allows selected food products to reach store shelves directly from the exhibition, which is one of the solid advantages of UzFood. This year, 14 retailers will take part in the “Retail Centre”. Marketplaces such as Uzum Market, Wildberries, and Sello! are participating for the first time. About 1,000 meetings between manufacturers and retailers (marketplaces) are expected to take place during the event.
