The 24th UzFood 2025 International Exhibition on Food, Ingredients and Food Technologies will unveil its exposition from April 8 to 10 at all exhibition spaces (in Pavilions No. 1, 2, 3, 4, Atrium Halls № 1 and 2) of the Uzexpocentre National Exhibition Complex.

With its vast potential and extensive experience, Uzbekistan’s food industry holds one of the leading positions in the national economy. It plays a crucial role in ensuring food security of the country, fostering social stability and continuously creating new job opportunities.
UzFood has been one of the leading and high-ranking exhibition events of the food industry in Uzbekistan for about a quarter of a century. The exhibition hosts B2B and B2G meetings and expositions of not only food products, but also equipment, ingredients, finished packaging, production technologies and much more. Almost all the equipment and technologies presented at the exhibition are being subsequently and successfully used by domestic enterprises for their production and processing of food products.
The recently adopted Law on Food Security in Uzbekistan prioritizes meeting the needs of the population in primary and socially important food products predominantly through domestic production. By showcasing the products by leading global brands, the UzFood exhibition provides domestic producers with ample opportunities to modernize their production, improve product quality and increase output.
Implementation of innovations and promotion of investments ensure both the growth of food production for local consumption and an increase in the volume of export sales, including the industry potential as a whole. Along with the supply of fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as dried fruits, a share of deep processing of agricultural products has been growing over the recent years.
