Uzbekistan significantly increased the production of smoked sausages
In the first four months of 2025 (January-April) in Uzbekistan large enterprises produced 4,251 tons of smoked and semi-digging sausage products. This follows from the data of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on statistics.
According to the above data, this indicator significantly exceeds the results of similar periods of past years. The volume of production increased by 1,303 tons compared to the corresponding period last year.
The dynamics of this indicator for previous years is the following (January-April):
2023 - 2,371 tons;
2024 - 2,948 tons;
2025 - 4,251 tons.
The ascending trend in the production of sausages emphasizes the development of the food industry of Uzbekistan and its ability to increase volumes, responding to the needs of the domestic market.
